Liverpool's Star Extends Statement to Liverpool Dressing Room, Reveals Curtis Jones
Jones has disclosed that Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the uproar from his recent interview.
What Happened
The striker was dropped from a vital match following voicing frustrations and claiming his rapport with Arne Slot had broken down.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, please accept my apology.’”
The manager has refused to comment publicly on whether he was apologised to from the veteran striker.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction remained positive. “He was the exact same Mo, his demeanour was positive and it was business as usual,” Jones added.
Jones also noted that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “I get that there are different methods you can handle situations,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just not start, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Positive Results
Their results have remained strong in the period after the situation. Jones believes the Salah's words were not designed to cause disruption.
“When there’s been any sort of anger, it’s always been from a good place,” the midfielder stated. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, playing well and starting to win games.”
